
I wanted to create an aid for my clients to help them on their wellbeing journeys. This journal is designed to help achieve our goals by recognising what is preventing us from moving forward and using the resources that we have to help us, whether they be family, friends or beliefs and identities.
Through personal and professional experiences I often find that we can slowly slide into a dark place without noticing. This journal can help us notice where we are and again use our resources and strengths to take us where we want to be and more importantly away from where we don’t want to be.
I also want to reframe how we view our world, when things are “always going wrong,” or “everybody hates me”. Is that true or are we only noticing the negative and ignoring the positive?
