Hi, my name is Andy and I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist based in Bedford, Bedfordshire and I would like to help you with all sorts of issues such as anxiety, phobias, confidence issues, stage fright and public speaking, the list is never ending.

I am available for Face to Face sessions at a purpose built studio between Haynes and Wilstead.  I am also available for online remote working.

Having spent the majority of my working career within the Armed Forces  and Emergency Services, I recognise the challenges that can impact the mental wellbeing of men and women in that line of work.  I qualified as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist to help my friends and colleagues and have now decided to take my passion to the outside world.

The inclusion of a snowdrop in my logo has a deep meaning. The snowdrop is a symbol of resilience, they appear at the end of Winter and are a sign that Spring is on it’s way. Snowdrops flourish under extreme circumstances and I want my clients to do exactly that. The snowdrop is a nod to my former life in the RAF Police. Due to us wearing white caps we were often referred to as snowdrops and coincidentally, snowdrops were flourishing the grounds of Regents University on the day I graduated as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a flexible, client-based therapy tailored personally to you.

Whatever problem you feel that you need help with, I am here to help you. Please feel free to contact me for a free no  obligation chat on 07878766916 or email me at andycoghyp@gmail.com
